Oliver Noye

Head of Private Equity

Oliver is part of the investment practice leadership team at Beaumont Bailey and is responsible for building out the investments and alternatives practice. He has over 8 years of experience working across private equity and private debt with an impressive track record of delivering assignments with Senior Leadership and Executive Search in the UK and across Europe. Oliver joined Beaumont Bailey from an established buy-side executive search firm where he was a Senior Consultant focussed on Private Equity searches based in London.
With in-depth sector understanding, Oliver partners with alternative investment managers, global private equity funds, private debt funds, sovereign wealth & pension funds, venture capital funds and family offices, advising on succession, talent planning and leadership hires. Oliver has built out established funds looking to expand internationally as well as first-time funds looking to make their first impact hires. Oliver is also a regular speaker and contributor at renowned European MBA schools, where he provides mentorship to the industries future talent.

Oliver holds a BSc in Geography from Loughborough University and an MSc in Economy, Space and Society from the University of Nottingham.
